Prior to Magnetic, Briana was a Lead UX Designer at a rapidly growing startup called GameChanger. Briana practices Lean UX focused on rapid iterative UX phases, which place a heavy focus on refinement, user input, and team collaboration. When she’s not solving UX problems, you can find Briana playing guitar, making fun illustrations and reading up on the latest design and tech news. Briana also attended the Seton Hall University Stillman School of Business where she studied Marketing, Fine Art and Graphic Design and Advertisement Arts. While attending college, Briana tried multiple internships from Marketing & PR to Management, Interior Design, and Nonprofit management. It was in that exploratory stage in her life that she found her love for design.
